Terms and Conditions

Welcome to my webshop! Here you will find information on how to make a purchase, what applies to delivery, returns, and other important customer service topics.

1. General

These terms and conditions of sale apply to the sale of ceramic products via this website. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

2. Prices and VAT

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). As the business is exempt from VAT according to the Swedish Tax Agency's rules, no VAT is added to the prices.

3. Payment

Payment is made via the payment options offered at checkout, e.g., card payment. Payment must be received before the item is shipped.

4. Delivery

  • Shipping costs are added and shown at checkout before you complete the purchase. No shipping cost for pickup in Påskallavik or Kungsholmen in Stockholm.
  • Goods are normally shipped within 7 business days. Deviations may occur during holidays or public holidays.
  • Products are shipped with DHL, PostNord, or other suitable carrier.


5. Right of withdrawal and returns

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Contact me via email before returning the item.
  • The item must be in undamaged and unused condition.
  • As a customer, you are responsible for the return and bear the cost of return shipping.

A refund will be issued within 14 days after I have received and approved the return.

6. Complaints

If the item is damaged upon delivery or if something is wrong, please contact me as soon as possible. I follow the Consumer Purchase Act and replace defective goods according to current regulations.

About me, products, and contact information

About me

My name is Jennie Elofsson and I run "Made by Jennie Sabina".

In my pottery studio in Påskallavik, I create items for home and garden. I use durable stoneware clay.

Website

The products

All products are handmade from stoneware clay and are therefore unique and may vary in shape and color. They can be washed in the dishwasher and used in the oven. However, as with all ceramics, avoid rapid temperature changes. If you have, for example, the roses and insect baths outdoors in the garden, I recommend bringing them indoors when there is a risk of frost, as water can collect in them and cause them to freeze and break during the winter.
